What is VieBoost?+
VieBoost is a mini-ERP app for small Vietnamese shops selling over chat. It auto-reads order messages from Zalo and Messenger notifications, creates sale/purchase orders, sends bills with bank QR codes, auto-reconciles bank transfers, tracks inventory – receivables – cash flow and generates accounting books.
Is VieBoost free?+
Yes — the Free plan: sign up with email, NO card needed. It covers the basics (2 channels, 1 account, up to 10 bills/day — unused quota does not roll over). You can also try the Premium plan free for 15 days right in the app, no card either; when it ends you drop back to Free. Paid plans (Start, Basic, Pro, Premium, billed via Paddle) add more channels/accounts — a card is only needed when you BUY a paid plan. Cancel anytime, no long-term contract.
Which channels does VieBoost support?+
Currently personal Zalo, Facebook Messenger and Discord (read via Android notifications, even two Zalo accounts on one phone). Official channels like Zalo OA, FB Page, Shopee and TikTok are in development.
Does VieBoost spy on messages or upload my data?+
No. VieBoost only READS notifications to show them to you. All messages, orders, contacts and books are stored 100% on your device (on-device, zero-knowledge). VieBoost servers only know your account and plan — never your business content.
Where are my orders and receivables stored?+
100% on your device (local SQLite). VieBoost servers store no message content, orders or receivables — only login + subscription. Uninstalling wipes everything.
Does VieBoost auto-reconcile bank transfers?+
Yes. VieBoost reads balance-change notifications from ~30 Vietnamese banks and auto-matches them to orders by the transfer note, so income/expense reconciliation is accurate without manual hunting.
Will my Zalo account get banned?+
Near-zero risk with normal use — 1–2 devices, natural messaging. VieBoost reads via the native Android notification API and does not reverse Zalo’s protocol. Absolutely no spamming or mass-sending.
Can VieBoost generate accounting books?+
Yes. From orders and payments it builds cash flow, P&L, inventory, receivables, balance sheet and accounting books per Circular 58/2026/TT-BTC, exportable to Excel to print or file. It is a bookkeeping aid, not tax advice.
Where do I download VieBoost and which Android does it need?+
Download the Android build at vieboost.vasbook.com/download. It runs on Android 7.0+ and installs in about 2 minutes. iOS is in development.
How do I cancel a paid plan?+
Go to Account → Plan → Cancel. After cancelling you keep access until the paid period ends, then drop to Free — no extra charge, no long-term contract.
