Terms of Service

By installing the VieBoost mobile app or using vieboost.vasbook.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully. If you don't agree, do not use the service.

1. Service description

VieBoost is a mini-ERP for small businesses (CN-HKD / SME) in Vietnam selling via chat apps. The mobile app reads Android notifications from Zalo / Facebook Messenger / Shopee / TikTok using official Android NotificationListenerService API (the same API Wear OS smartwatches use). It does NOT reverse-engineer chat protocols.

Key features:

• Unified inbox across 8 chat platforms
• Order management (sale + purchase) linked to chat messages
• Debt reconciliation (manual + automatic via bank CSV)
• Bill image generation + send via Zalo/Messenger
• Multi-staff (Business+ tier)

2. Account & eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• One person = one account (email as identifier).
• You're responsible for keeping your password / 2FA secret safe.
• You must provide a valid email for sign-in verification.

3. Subscription & billing

3.1 Tiers

Six tiers: Free, Start (168.000 ₫/mo), Basic (268.000 ₫/mo), Pro (368.000 ₫/mo), Premium (668.000 ₫/mo), Enterprise (contact).

Yearly billing: 12 × monthly / 1.1 — 10% discount.

3.2 Free trial

• New users get a 15-day free trial of the Premium tier, activated in the app.
• The trial needs no payment card and charges nothing.
• When the trial ends, your account returns to the Free tier automatically — nothing is charged (no card on file).
• To keep a paid plan, subscribe via web checkout — a card is required only then.
• One trial per account (no abuse).

3.3 Auto-renewal

• Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
• You can cancel anytime via Dashboard → Billing → Cancel.
• After cancellation, you keep paid features until end of current cycle → then revert to Free.
• We do NOT prorate refunds for unused days unless covered by §5 (Refund Policy).

3.4 Payment processors

• Paddle (Merchant of Record) — international cards + VND. Paddle handles VAT / EU compliance.
• VNPay — domestic Vietnam ATM / QR / IB.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use VieBoost to spam, bulk-send, or harass — automated/bulk messaging will get your Zalo / Facebook account banned by their respective platforms. We don't permit it either.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the mobile app or web service.
• Share your account credentials. Use multi-staff feature (Business+ tier) for team access.
• Use VieBoost for illegal purposes (fraud, money laundering, etc.) — we cooperate with Vietnam law enforcement on lawful requests.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Refund policy

See full Refund Policy. Summary:

• Free trial cancellation = no charge at all (cancel anytime during 15 days).
• All paid plans (monthly + yearly): full refund eligible within 14 days of any charge — no questions asked, no conditions.
• After the 14-day window: cancel = keep paid features until cycle end → auto-downgrade to Free. No partial refund for unused days.
• Refund requests: email [email protected] within 14 days of charge. Processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Data ownership & portability

• You own all data you create (orders, contacts, messages).
• All chat data stays on your device (zero-knowledge invariant — see Privacy Policy).
• Web account data exports: Dashboard → Export (JSON format).
• Account deletion: irreversible, 7-day grace period for accidental delete.

7. Service availability & SLA

• Free / Start / Basic: best-effort uptime, no SLA.
• Pro / Premium: 99% monthly uptime target.
• Enterprise: custom SLA per contract (99.5%+ available).

Scheduled maintenance announced via email + dashboard banner ≥ 24h in advance.

8. Third-party platforms (Zalo, Facebook, Shopee, TikTok)

VieBoost is a client / aggregator for these platforms. We are NOT affiliated with Zalo VNG, Meta, Shopee, or ByteDance. Your account on those platforms is governed by their respective Terms of Service. VieBoost uses Android-official APIs only — we don't bypass their rate limits, anti-spam, or authentication.

If a third-party platform changes their app or API in a way that breaks VieBoost features, we'll update VieBoost as quickly as possible. We can't guarantee any specific third-party integration will work forever.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

VieBoost is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that you'll never miss a message, never have a bug, or that the service will be uninterrupted. We do our best.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, VieBoost's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption).

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved by Vietnamese courts in Ho Chi Minh City. We support good-faith negotiation before any legal action.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and notified via email. Continued use after 30 days = acceptance.
