Refund & Cancellation Policy

VieBoost gives you 15 days free trial before any charge. After that, if you subscribe to any paid plan and aren't happy, you have 14 days to request a full refund — no questions asked, no conditions.

✅ 14-day refund window applies to every paid subscription (Start, Basic, Pro, Premium · monthly or yearly), starting from the date of charge. No restocking fee. No partial refund tricks. Email [email protected] within 14 days and you get 100% back.

1. Free trial — no card, no charge

Every account can activate a 15-day free trial of the Premium plan, right inside the app — no payment card required (one trial per account). When the trial ends, your account drops back to the Free tier automatically; nothing is ever charged because there is no card on file.

To keep a paid plan after the trial, subscribe anytime via web checkout — only then is a card needed.

2. Paid subscription — 14-day no-questions-asked refund

Once charged for any paid plan (monthly or yearly), you have 14 calendar days from the charge date to request a full refund. Reasons we accept (non-exhaustive):

All of the above are valid. You don't need to justify the reason — we won't ask follow-up questions.

3. How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] with subject "Refund request"

2. Include: your account email, the approximate date of charge

3. We confirm receipt within 24 hours and process the refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method

4. After the refund is issued, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier on the next billing cycle

4. Bought via Google Play / App Store

If you subscribed through Google Play or Apple App Store (rather than our web checkout), refunds are handled directly by Google/Apple under their own policies. Contact us first — we'll help you initiate the refund on the correct platform.

5. Cancellation without refund — keep access until cycle ends

If you don't want a refund but just want to stop future charges, simply cancel in Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel. Your paid features stay active until the end of the current billing cycle, then your account drops to Free tier automatically. No further charges. Your data stays intact (subject to Free tier limits).

6. Auto-renewal

Monthly subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days. Yearly subscriptions auto-renew every 365 days. We send a renewal-notification email 7 days before every yearly renewal so you have time to cancel if you no longer want it.

7. Failed payments

If your card fails on a renewal, we retry 3 times over 7 days while keeping your paid features active. If all retries fail, your account is downgraded to Free tier (no service interruption — your data stays).

8. Disputes & chargebacks

Please contact us first at [email protected] before filing a chargeback with your bank — we resolve 99% of refund requests within 1 business day. Chargebacks take 30–90 days and incur bank fees we'd both rather avoid.

9. EU / UK / international customers

The 14-day refund window meets and exceeds EU consumer protection rights (14-day "right of withdrawal" under the Consumer Rights Directive). Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and emailed to active subscribers 30 days before taking effect. Existing customers on a paid plan keep the refund terms they agreed to at the time of their most recent charge.
